When you use our Work Management Software, additional information may be collected depending on how the software is used, including:

• Time tracking details (clock-in/out times, break times, job/project selections)
• Approximate GPS location at the moment of a punch event (only if enabled by the employer and permitted by the user’s device)

GPS location is collected only at the moment of a punch and is never used for continuous tracking.

We may also automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, activity logs, and usage analytics for security, diagnostics, and performance monitoring.

How do we use your information?

We use collected information to:

Employers are solely responsible for notifying employees of GPS use (if enabled) and obtaining any legally required consent.

Employers act as the data controllers for workplace and employee data. Xecute The Vision acts as a data processor on their behalf.

Data stored within the Work Management Software (time entries, onboarding info, GPS punch points when enabled, project data) is retained for the duration of the employer’s subscription unless deletion is requested, subject to legal retention requirements.
